2018 Red Barn Wedding Packages

All Wedding Packages are priced per person and include: A Five Hour Reception, Onsite Catering, Onsite Event Coordinator, Private Bridal Suite, China, Flatware, Glassware,  Ivory Table Linens, Colored Napkin Options, Facility Fee, 8% Maine State Tax and 20% Service Fees. 

All On Season Packages have a 125 guest minimum (September and October Saturdays have a 150 guest minimum). Off Season Packages and Fridays and Sundays have a 75 guest minimum. If you have less than the guest minimum, please inquire about your options.

On Season months are June - October

Off Season months are November - May


The Kennebunk 

On Season Saturdays: $165 per person

Slow roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, seasoned and slow cooked to perfection. Sliced and served with a rich pan basted au jus

Baked Stuffed Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp filled with a scallop, crab and haddock stuffing, mixed with cracker crumbs, butter and a touch of sherry. Topped with a velvety burre blanc

12 oz New York Sirloin Strip char grilled to medium rare and topped with a shiitake mushroom and gorgonzola brown sauce

Grilled Atlantic Salmon
Fresh Atlantic salmon char-grilled and served on top of a bed of poached spinach and topped with a reduction of white wine, shallots, lemon, dill and finished with sweet butter

Seafood Alfredo
Shrimp, scallops, and haddock sautéed with white wine, butter, and garlic. Finished with parmesan and sweet cream

Haddock Picatta
Haddock dredged in flour, sautéed and deglazed with white wine. Capers, garlic, fresh lemon juices and chicken stock are added, then finished with sweet butter.

Baked Haddock
Fresh Atlantic Haddock, topped with crumbs, butter and a touch of sherry. Baked and topped with a light cream sauce.

Vegetable Wellington

Portobello mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, spinach, roasted red pepper, broccoli, fontina and mozzarella cheese are combined in a light white wine sauce to make this a delicious vegetarian version of a traditional wellington dish.

Vegetable Lasagna Roll up

Beautiful, hand rolled lasagna sheet stuffed with freshly grilled red and yellow peppers, onion, mushroom, carrot, yellow squash, zucchini and asparagus with ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

Roasted Vegetable Risotto Cake

Fine imported Italian arborio rice cooked in vegetable stock with Parmesan cheese, roasted artichokes, red bell peppers, shallots, roasted garlic, spinach and asparagus, encrusted with parsley panko breadcrumbs.

Mediterranean Purse

Couscous, Roasted Vegetable and Asiago cheese in Wheat Sheet Dough.

Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli 

Ravioli stuffed with roasted butternut squash, ricotta, and parmesan. Served with a pumpkin cream sauce.

$15 per person for the first hour and $7 Per Person for each additional hour. Includes: Bottled Beer: Bud Light, Miller Light, Coors Light, Budweiser, Corona Extra, Corona Light, O’Doul’s Amber Beer on Tap (Choose Four): Sam Adams Seasonal, Blue Moon, Shipyard Pumpkinhead (Seasonal), North Country Cider, Smuttynose IPA, Tributary Ale Red Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, White Wines: Chardonnay, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Sparkling Wine, White Zinfandel and Pepsi products. 

The Berwick Beer and Wine Package is available for 5 hours including tax and gratuity for $38 per person

 

The Hamilton House
$17 per person for the first hour and $9 Per Person for each additional hour. Includes: Deluxe Brand Liquors: Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Tanqueray, Jose Cuervo, Bailey's Irish Cream, Kahlua, Malibu, Midori, Seagram’s 7, Smirnoff, Southern Comfort, Goslings Rum, Gin, Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne and Wines, Bottled Beer and Soda. 

The Hamilton House Package is available for 5 hours including tax and gratuity for $44 per person

The Cape Elizabeth
$20 per person for the first hour and $10 Per Person for each additional hour. Includes: Premium Brand Liquors:, Bombay Sapphire, Dewar's White, Johnny Walker Red, Kettle One Vodka, Jameson, Tito's Vodka, 1800 Silver Tequila, Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne and Wines, Bottled Beer and Soda. 

The Cape Elizabeth Package is available for 5 hours including of tax and gratuity for $50 per person

The Casco Bay
$23 per person for the first hour and $11 Per Person for each additional hour. Includes: Super Premium Brand Liquors: Makers Mark, Hendricks, Beefeater Gin, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Glenlevit, Johnny Walker Black, Patron Silver, Knob Creek, Grey Goose, Crown Royal, Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne and Wines, Bottled Beer and Soda. 

The Casco Bay Package is available for 5 hours including tax and gratuity for $57 per person
 

NOTE: Please note 8% tax and 18% gratuity to hourly rates are included. An 18% gratuity is applied to all consumption bars.  For parties of 150+ three bartenders are included with the purchase of a five hour beverage package.

*Any and all staff members have the right to refuse bar service to any guest at any time during a function at The Red Barn.
