Asparagus Tartlet with Melted Gruyere Cheese (5 inch tart in diameter)

Fresh asparagus and leeks sautéed, and combined with a mix of fresh cream, eggs and Parmesan cheese. All baked in a savory crust. Served with melted Gruyere cheese.

New England Clam Chowder (7oz)

A cream based chowder with tender chopped clams, bacon, and potato. Seasoned with thyme, sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Crispy Maine Crabmeat Spring Rolls (2)

Native Maine Crabmeat, tossed with fresh ginger, bok choy, scallions, and cilantro, rolled up in a crispy spring roll wrapper. Served with a fresh pineapple salsa and a drizzling of toasted sesame dressing.

Guinness Beef Stew (7oz.)

Our famous Guinness flavored stew, filled with tender cuts of sirloin, potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery

Apple Bacon Wrapped Roasted Tenderloin

Whole tenderloin, wrapped with double smoked apple bacon, seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, then pan seared. Roasted to the perfect temperature, then sliced into medallions and served 10 oz with a Bordelaise sauce

Marinated Grilled Sirloin Tips

12 oz of Choice Sirloin Tips, marinated in garlic, rosemary, balsamic, olive oil and a touch of soy

Roasted Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus

Slow roasted Black Angus Prime Rib Roast. Seasoned and slow cooked to perfection. Sliced at 12 ounces and served with a rich pan basted au jus

Chef Carved Roasted Sirloin

Slow roasted whole Black Angus choice sirloin, rubbed with olive oil, and seasoned with garlic, rosemary, soy sauce, and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Chef carved to 12 ounces, and served with a compound butter.

Roasted Pork Loin with Pan Gravy

Tender center cut of pork loin, seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, slow roasted and served with a rich gravy made from beef stock and pan drippings

Chicken Marsala

Our Specialty, thinly pounded chicken breast, dredged in flour, sautéed and deglazed with marsala wine. Sliced mushrooms are added, fresh chicken stock, garlic and finished with whole butter

Chicken Saltimbocca

Skinless breast of chicken, stuffed with sliced proscuitto ham, mozzarella cheese, and sage. Baked and topped with a light cream sauce

Chicken Piccata

Thinly pounded chicken breast, dredged in flour, sautéed and deglazed with white wine. Capers, garlic, fresh lemon juice and chicken stock are added, and then finished with whole butter

Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Skinless breast of chicken, filled with a mix of sautéed broccoli, red pepper, mozzerella and provolone cheese, tossed with cracker crumbs, butter and a touch of white wine. Baked to perfection, and topped with a supreme sauce

Grilled Swordfish Steak with a Tropical Salsa

Shrimp, scallops, haddock, sautéed with white wine, butter and garlic, finished with fresh cream and grated Parmesan cheese.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon

Atop a bed a spinach topped with a Soubees Butter Sauce Fresh Atlantic Salmon Char-grilled on top of a bed of poached spinach, and topped with a reduction white wine, shallots, lemon and dill, finished with whole butter
