Chicken Marsala

Thinly pounded chicken breast, dredged in flour, sauteed and deglazed with marsala wine. Sliced Mushrooms, fresh chicken stock and garlic are added and finished with sweet butter.

Chicken Picatta

Thinly pounded chicken breast, dredged in flour, sautéed with capers, shallots, garlic and deglazed with white wine, fresh lemon juice, and chicken stock. Finished with sweet butter.

Freshly Carved Roast Beef Au Jus

Dry rubbed with house seasonings and garlic, then slow roasted, carved, and served with a demi glace

Marinated Grilled Steak Tips

Choice steak tips marinated in garlic, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and a touch of soy.

Haddock Picatta

Haddock dredged in flour, sauteed and deglazed with white wine. Caper, garlic, fresh lemon juices and chicken stock are added, then finished with sweet butter.

Baked Haddock

Fresh Atlantic Haddock, topped with breadcrumbs, butter and a touch of sherry. Baked and topped with a light cream sauce.

Roasted Prime Rib

Slow roasted Black Angus Prime Rib Roast. Seasoned and slow cooked to perfection. Sliced at 8 ounces and served with a rich pan basted au jus.

.Roasted Pork Loin With Pan Gravy

Tender center cut of pork loin, seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, slow roasted and served with a rich gravy made from beef stock and pan drippings.

Chicken Marsala

Chicken Saltimbocca

Skinless breast of chicken, stuffed with sliced proscuitto ham, mozzarella cheese, and sage. Baked and topped with a light cream sauce.

Broccoli And Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken breast, stuffed with aromatic vegetables, broccoli, and fresh bread and cracker crumbs. Baked and finished with a supreme sauce. 

Seafood Alfredo

Shrimp, scallops and haddock, sautéed with white wine, butter and garlic, finished with fresh cream and grated Parmesan cheese.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon

Fresh char-grilled fresh Atlantic Salmon on top of a bed of poached spinach, and topped with a reduction white wine, shallots, lemon and dill, finished with sweet butter.

Apple Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin

Beef tenderloin filet, wrapped with double smoked apple bacon, seasoned and char-grilled. Served with house-made bordelaise sauce. 

Maine Lobster Tail

6oz Maine lobster tail split and stuffed with a lump crabmeat stuffing and baked with butter and white wine. Accompanied with drawn butter.

Baked Scallops

6oz portion of fresh line dried sea scallops baked with butter, white wine and lemon juice. Topped with a sherried cracker crumb and baked to perfection.

Grilled Swordfish

Fresh swordfish steak seasoned with olive oil, kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, char-grilled and topped with a citrus compound butter.

Baked Stuffed Shrimp

3 jumbo shrimp filled with a scallop, crab and haddock stuffing, mixed with cracker crumbs, butter and a touch of sherry. Topped with a velvety burre blanc.

Baked Stuffed Shells With Cheese And Marinara

Ricotta cheese stuffed pasta shells topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella then baked.
