The Nealley House
The Nealley House is a beautiful 6-bedroom home located in the heart of South Berwick Village. It is less than one mile from the Red Barn, and is presently available for rent on a nightly or weekend basis. It is a must see, and a wonderful option for those of you who value the concept of common areas, along with comfort and privacy.

The Farm House The Farm house at Outlook Farm is a large, adorable, 4+ bedroom brick structure that is located directly adjacent to the Red Barn function facility. Like the Nealley House, this 200 year old home has high ceilings, numerous common areas, a sitting porch and the most direct access possible to the site of your wedding. The Farm House offers 4 bedrooms, one King, one Queen, One double, and two Single beds.
