What is the cost of a Wedding at The Red Barn?
The Red Barn posts all our menu with rates on our website. Please visit our Wedding Menus page, click on any menu and be sure to scroll down to our rates. Every menu document has two pages, one menu page, and one rates page. We offer all-inclusive pricing that includes: Hors D'oeuvres Reception, Champagne Toast, Chef Vegetable, Chef Starch, Entree, Third Entree-Vegetarian choice for guests, Cake Cutting, Strawberries dipped in chocolate to accompany your cake, and all linens for your Wedding. Our rates pages offers our guests a per person rate, tax, and service fees charged that day. We feel you should see a complete menu with all the pricing to help budget for your wedding.
The Red Barn does have minimums for In-Season Wedding months (June-Oct) and Off-Season months(Nov-May).

The Red Barn is situated in The Southern Maine Coast and New Hampshire's Seacoast Area. There are over 300 Resorts, Hotels, Inns, and B&B in the immediate area. Kennebunk/Kennebunkport, Wells, Ogunquit, York Beach, Portsmouth, NH & Dover, NH are all within 15 miles of our facility.

Where can we get a Marriage License for The Red Barn?
The Red Barn property is located both in Berwick & South Berwick, Maine. The Wedding Garden and In-door Ceremony site are located in Berwick, ME. Couples who reside in the State of Maine will have to apply for a Wedding License at their respective Town Hall. Wedding Couples coming from out of state can apply for a Wedding License at any Maine Town Hall. The South Berwick and The Berwick Town Hall are located very close to our property and can issue this license.
Can our wedding party make advanced Tee Times for Golf?
Yes, groups can reserve priority tee times for their respective group up to 3 weeks in advance.
Can we host a rehearsal Dinner at The Red Barn ?
Yes, The Red Barn can also host your Rehearsal Dinner. The Red Barn can host your rehearsal dinner based on our availability which is available approximately 45 prior to your wedding date. We offer the 18th Green Veranda, The Wedding Garden, Grande Ballroom, & Tent Pavilion for rehearsal dinners. Lobster Bakes are our specialty for rehearsal dinners. We also have a preferred list of facilities in the area that can host your rehearsal dinner. Please ask your Function Professional at The Red Barn.
