Red Barn Wedding Menus

All Wedding Packages include 5 Hour Reception with one Bar and Bartender, Onsite Catering, Onsite Event Planner and Function Coordinator, China, Flatware, Glassware, White or Ivory Table Linens, Colored Napkin Options, 8% Maine State Tax and 20% Service Fees. All On Season Packages have a 125 guest minimum. Off Season Packages and Fridays and Sundays have a 100 guest minimum. If you have less than the guest minimum, please inquire about your options here at The Red Barn. All packages are sit down dinners and may be served as a Duet Plate if preferred for Nubble Lighthouse and Perkins Cove Only.

On Season months are June - October and Off Season months are November - May.

Thinly pounded chicken breast, dredged in flour, sauteed and deglazed with marsala wine. Sliced Mushrooms, fresh chicken stock and garlic are added and finished with sweet butter.

Chicken Saltimbocca

Skinless chicken breast, topped with sliced prosciutto ham, mozzarella cheese and sage. Baked and topped with light cream sauce.

Apple bacon Wrapped Tenderloin

Whole Tenderloin, wrapped with double smoked apple bacon, seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, then pan seared. Roasted to perfection, then sliced into medallions and served with bordelaise sauce. 

Roasted Prime Rib Au Jus

Slow roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, seasoned and slow cooked to perfection. Sliced and served with a rich pan basted au jus.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon

Fresh Atlantic Salmon is char-grilled and served on top of a bed of poached spinach and topped with a reduction of white wine, shallots, lemon, dill and finished with sweet butter. 

Baked Haddock

Fresh Atlantic Haddock, topped with crumbs, butter and a touch of sherry. Baked and topped with a light cream sauce.

Haddock dredged in flour, sauteed and deglazed with white wine. Caper, garlic, fresh lemon juices and chicken stock are added, then finished with sweet butter.

Beverage Packages 

Berwick Beer & Wine

$12 Per Person for the first hour and $6 Per Person for each additional hour. This includes: Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne and Wines, Bottled Beer & Soda. The Berwick Beer and Wine Package is available for 5 Hours inclusive of Tax and Gratuity for $38 Per Person. 

Hamilton House

$16 Per Person for the first hour and $8 Per Person for each additional hour. This includes: Deluxe Brand Liquors, Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne and Wines, Bottled Beer and Soda. The Hamilton House Package is available for 5 Hours inclusive of tax and gratuity for $50 Per Person. 

Wells Beach

$14 Per Person for the first hour and $7 Per Person for each additional hour. This includes: All Well brand liquors, Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne, House Wines, Bottled Beer and Soda. The Wells Beach Package is available for 5 Hours inclusive of Tax and Gratuity for $44 Per Person. 

Hole in One

$18 Per Person for the first hour and $9 Per Person for each additional hour. This includes: Deluxe Brand Liquors, Domestic, Imported and Micro Brewed 16oz Draft Beers, House Champagne and Wines, Bottled Beer and Soda. The Hole in One Package is available for 5 Hours inclusive of tax and gratuity for $57 Per Person. 

NOTE: Two bars are required for 150+ guests. Package Pricing honored and additional bar set up fee is waived for packages of 3 hours or more. With the exception of cash bars, an 18% gratuity fee and 8% Maine sales tax is applied to all Beverage Packages & hosted bars. Any and all staff members have the right to refuse bar service to any guest at any time during a function at The Red Barn.
