With a backdrop of rustic elegance, The Red Barn at Outlook Farm provides the perfect setting for holiday parties, retirement celebrations, fundraisers, corporate events, celebrations of life, reunions, and more.

Capacity

Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests with tables, chairs, and a dance floor; up to 230 guests without a dance floor; and up to 375 guests without tables. Please discuss your needs with the Sales Manager.

Event Policies

Event Dates: Events are typically held Monday - Thursday with some exceptions in the off-season (Janurary - March) and as dates are available. Please inquire about event date availability.
Minimums: Food spend of $4,500
Facility Fee: $1,000 for a 3-hour event ($800 for additional hour; $400 1/2 hour)
Reservation Requirements: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $1,000 ($500 for school related events such as proms) are required to reserve an event date.
