Can we have our ceremony on-site?

Is there a back up plan for rain?
Absolutely! In the case of inclement weather, ceremonies planned in our Wedding Garden will be moved to our gorgeous Grand Ballroom. No matter the weather, our expansive foyer and covered veranda ensure there’s plenty of space for guests to enjoy the Cocktail Hour.
What time do weddings begin?
We host just one wedding per day at the Red Barn - yours. Ceremonies or receptions may begin at any time, though our beautiful sunsets inspire most couples to schedule guest arrival to begin mid-late afternoon. The wedding party is welcome to arrive one hour prior to the guest arrival time.
What is the length of a wedding?
Wedding receptions are five hours including the cocktail hour. When a ceremony is also held on site, an additional hour is allotted. Receptions may be extended for an additional fee, however all receptions must conclude by 11:00pm.
