On-site Ceremonies
For couples who would like to host their wedding ceremony as well as their reception at the Red Barn, we offer three beautiful location options. In our Wedding Garden, couples can choose to get married in front of the Trees or in front of the Gazebo. Indoor ceremonies take place in Grand Ballroom in front of the fireplace. The Wedding Coordinator orchestrates the rehearsal and ceremony for stress free execution.

Onsite Ceremonies Include:
An additional hour onsite (30 minutes for guest arrival, 30 minutes for the ceremony)
Early arrival of the wedding party (up to 1 hour prior to guest arrival time)
Use of Private Wedding Suite with vanity and restroom
Champagne and snack platter for the wedding party
Set up and break down of the ceremony benches, chairs, etc.
Ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
Ceremony Fees
The Grand Ballroom: 2024 - 2,500; 2025 - $2,800
The Wedding Garden Trees or Gazebo: 2024/2025 - $2,000
Inclement weather? No worries. Outdoor ceremonies can be moved into the Grand Ballroom with 24 hours notice at no additional charge.
